Contractor websites

A contractor website that brings in calls, plus your Google profile handled, for $250/mo

Most contractor websites get built once and forgotten. Yours stays current, works hand in hand with your Google Business Profile, and every call and form lands in one place. One flat price, month to month.

The short answer

How much does a contractor website cost?

With us, $250 a month. That's our Get Found plan: a website we build, host and keep up to date, management of your Google Business Profile, and a CRM so no call or form slips through. It's month to month.

Most contractors don't need a big one-time build. They need a site that stays current, a Google profile that's active and accurate, and a way to make sure every lead gets a call back. That's the whole plan.

Buyer's guide

What makes a contractor website bring in calls?

Pretty is nice. Calls pay the bills. Whoever builds your site, these seven things are what separate a contractor website that brings in work from one that just sits there.

  1. Your phone number, everywhere it matters

At the top of every page and one tap away on a phone. Most people looking for a contractor are on their phone, often mid-problem. If they have to hunt for your number, they call the next result.

  2. A page for each service you actually want

One page for roof replacement, one for repairs, one for gutters. Separate pages tell Google exactly what you do, and let a homeowner land on the thing they searched for instead of a generic homepage.

  3. The areas you serve, stated plainly

List the cities and neighborhoods you work in. It helps Google match you to local searches and saves you from calls three counties away.

  4. Real photos of your work

Before-and-afters from your own jobs beat stock photos every time. Homeowners are hiring you to work on their house. They want to see what your work looks like.

  5. Reviews where people can see them

Pull your best Google reviews onto the site and link to your profile. Trust is the deciding factor for most homeowners, and reviews are the fastest way to earn it.

  6. Fast on a phone

A slow site loses visitors before it loads. It also works against you in Google. Keep pages light, images compressed and anything fancy off the critical path.

  7. A follow-up system behind the form

A contact form that drops into an inbox you check twice a week is how leads go cold. Every call and form should land in one place where you can see it and follow up the same day.

Website + Google profile

Do contractors need a website and a Google Business Profile?

Yes. They do different jobs, and each makes the other stronger. Here's the split.

Your Google Business Profile

  • Gets you into Google Maps and the local results
  • Shows your reviews, photos and service area at a glance
  • Lets people call or get directions in one tap

Your website

  • Explains each service in detail and answers questions
  • Shows your full portfolio and why people should pick you
  • Gives Google more to go on when ranking your profile

A profile with no website looks thin. A website with a neglected profile gets skipped in Maps. The Get Found plan manages both, so they tell the same story.

By trade

What should your contractor website include?

The basics are the same for every trade. The details aren't. A few examples:

  • Roofing websites

    • Separate pages for repair, replacement and storm damage
    • Photo galleries by roof type
    • Clear service area for storm-driven searches
  • Plumbing websites

    • Emergency service front and center
    • Tap-to-call on every screen
    • Pages for water heaters, drains and repiping
  • HVAC websites

    • Repair vs. replacement pages
    • Seasonal tune-up and maintenance plan info
    • Financing details if you offer them
  • Electrical websites

    • Residential and commercial split clearly
    • Panel upgrade, EV charger and generator pages
    • License info visible for trust
  • Remodeling websites

    • Project galleries by room
    • A simple way to request an estimate
    • A short explanation of how your process works

How much does a contractor website cost?

With us, $250 a month on the Get Found plan. That covers the website (built, hosted and kept up to date), Google Business Profile management and a CRM for your leads. It's month to month.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. The Get Found plan is month to month.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. Pay a year in full, $2,500, and get 2 months free.

Do I need a website if I already have a Google Business Profile?

Your profile gets you seen in Google Maps. Your website is where people check you out before they call: your services, your work, your reviews. Google also looks at your website when deciding how to rank your profile. They work best together.

Can you guarantee I'll rank first on Google?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Rankings depend on your area, your competition and your reviews. What we do is build the site and profile the right way and keep them current, which is what Google rewards over time.

What types of contractors do you build websites for?

Roofers, plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, remodelers, cleaners, landscapers and other home service businesses, plus local businesses in general. We work remotely with businesses across the US.

What does Google Business Profile management include?

Keeping your categories, services, photos and posts current, and making sure your business details match your website. Accurate, active profiles give Google more reasons to show you.

What if I want more calls later?

Move up to Get Leads for $1,000 a month, which adds ad management on one platform like Google Ads or Facebook and Instagram. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform, separately from our fee.

Let's figure out where your next customers come from.

On a strategy call we look at where your leads come from now, where they could come from, and whether we're a good fit. No pressure, no jargon.
